KidFUNd$ is an educational platform that tracks virtual money only. We do not handle real payments, store financial credentials, or provide banking, investment, or tax advice.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KidFUNd$. By accessing or using KidFUNd$, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
2. Description of the Service
KidFUNd$ is a family-focused financial education platform that allows parents and children to track allowances, balances, savings goals, gift cards, and charitable giving using virtual representations of money.
All values displayed are estimates or manually entered figures and are intended solely for educational and organizational purposes.
3. Parent and Child Accounts
KidFUNd$ accounts are structured around a parent-child relationship. A parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) creates and manages one or more child profiles (“Child”).
- Parents are responsible for all data entered into the platform.
- Parents control permissions, locks, and approvals.
- Children may have read-only or limited interaction access.
4. Virtual Money Disclaimer
All balances, allowances, gift cards, savings projections, and charts shown in KidFUNd$ are virtual and do not represent real funds.
KidFUNd$ does not:
- Process payments
- Store credit card or bank information
- Transfer funds
- Act as a bank, wallet, or financial institution
5. Allowances, Buckets, and Projections
Parents may configure allowance schedules and allocate funds into Spend, Save, and Give buckets.
Any interest, growth, or future value calculations are educational estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
6. Gift Card Tracking
Gift cards tracked in KidFUNd$ are manually entered and managed by parents. KidFUNd$ does not verify balances with retailers.
Parents may remove a gift card and optionally transfer its remaining virtual balance into a child’s Spend bucket.
7. Charity and Giving
KidFUNd$ may display charitable organizations and educational content about giving. Donations are completed on third-party platforms.
KidFUNd$ does not collect, process, or transmit donations.
8. Advertising and Affiliate Links
KidFUNd$ does not include advertising, affiliate links, or purchase prompts.
9. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful or fraudulent activity
- No attempts to bypass parental controls
- No scraping or reverse engineering
- No misrepresentation of virtual balances as real money
10. Data Accuracy
KidFUNd$ relies on information entered by users. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data shown.
11. Privacy
Your use of KidFUNd$ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Parents are responsible for providing any required consent.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. KidFUNd$ makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidFUNd$ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KidFUNd$ indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
